Free Before Sixty Coaching FZE LLC provides financial education and coaching services. These include private coaching sessions, group coaching programs, workshops, and the creation of tailored Financial Roadmaps.

Our services are designed to help clients better understand financial concepts, set goals, and explore potential strategies. Our services are educational in nature and do not include licensed financial advisory or investment management, insurance brokerage or product sales, tax consultancy or tax return preparation, or legal advice or representation.

All information provided through our services is for educational purposes only and should not be treated as professional financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The Financial Roadmap is an educational planning tool designed to help you organise your goals and explore potential strategies. It is not a formal financial plan, investment recommendation, or regulated financial advice. You are encouraged to consult licensed professionals before making any financial decisions.

Jay Adrian Tolentino is a UAE SCA Registered Financial Influencer (#79) and provides financial education and coaching services only. Jay is not a licensed financial advisor, portfolio manager, broker, or insurance agent and does not sell financial products or earn commissions from any provider.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and will use our services in compliance with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and provided through our services, including text, graphics, logos, videos, presentations, worksheets, calculators, and the Financial Roadmap, is the intellectual property of Free Before Sixty Coaching FZE LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or republish any content without prior written consent, use any content for commercial purposes without authorisation, or remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our materials solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with the coaching services you have engaged.

4. User Conduct

By accessing our website and services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information when requested, use our services only for lawful purposes, and not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our website or services.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems, use our website or services for fraudulent or malicious purposes, share offensive, defamatory, or harmful content through our platforms, or record coaching sessions without prior consent from both parties.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments for coaching sessions, workshops, and services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments may be made via credit or debit card through our payment processor, or by bank transfer. We do not store your full credit or debit card details.

7-Day Clarity Guarantee: If you complete the pre-work, attend the first coaching session, and do not feel clearer about your money within 7 days of that session, contact us and we will refund you in full. No questions asked.

Beyond the 7-Day Clarity Guarantee, refunds will be issued only as specified in your coaching agreement. Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

Free Before Sixty Coaching FZE LLC is not responsible for financial, investment, or insurance decisions you make based on the information provided through our services, any losses or damages resulting from the use of our website or materials, errors or omissions in the information provided, or the performance of any investment or financial strategy discussed during coaching.

You acknowledge that our services are educational in nature and that all financial decisions remain your responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Free Before Sixty Coaching FZE LLC disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on the information provided.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website, services, and materials are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or results, the uninterrupted or error-free operation of our website, the suitability of our services for your particular needs, or the performance of any financial strategy discussed during coaching.

Any disputes arising from your use of our website or services will first be addressed through good-faith mediation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to arbitration in accordance with the rules applicable in the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
