We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only with service providers strictly for the purpose of delivering our services, when required by law, or in the event of a business transfer.

4. Call Recording and Session Notes

Coaching sessions and application calls may be recorded and transcribed to create accurate session notes, prepare your financial roadmap, and ensure quality and continuity across sessions. Recordings and transcripts are stored securely and treated as strictly confidential. They will not be shared with anyone outside of the coaching engagement without your explicit consent.

Before any recording begins, we will inform you and obtain your consent. If you prefer not to be recorded, please let us know at the start of the call and we will accommodate your preference.

5. Data Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. These include encryption of sensitive data during transmission and storage, use of secure cloud-based platforms, and restricting access to authorized personnel only.
